Worked with COO, Management Committee and administration team to provide strategic planning and direction of all technology matters for the firm. Responsibilities included day to day management, implementation, and security for every component of the firm's technological infrastructure, including hardware, software, telephone systems and technology staff and consultant resources. A few accomplishments include a document management system conversion, outsourcing of help desk, developing formal project management budgets & reports and management of ongoing enhancements to Lotus Notes/Domino environment to increase efficiency and productivity.
